Characterized by the typical dark green colour, the Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil has a unique flavour, slightly spicy, with fragrant and fruity scents.

The Pumpkin Oil is composed up to 60% by unsaturated fatty acids and is characterized by the wealth of natural antioxidants such as Vitamin E. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, this vitamin helps to protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Unsaturated fatty acids helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

The Pumpkin Oil is ideal when used raw on salads, soups, cold and warm dishes and cheeses.
